The guy that helped me install it has installed several and said this was a better quality than others he installed, and much cheaper (half the price of some quotes). He was impressed that it came with the top, collars and clean out. Since our chimney has a brick cap on it, the liner was too stiff to install from the top (we tried) so we took it inside on the ground floor and laid it down a hallway and shoved/pulled it up the 35 feet with little/no trouble through an 1800's stone chimney. And thanks for sending an extra foot of liner. That ensured that we had enough to play with to get it properly positioned and fitted. Your website and staff are excellent also.
