First, the service. Questions were answered, calls were returned quickly and the package arrived in just two days.

Next, the product. The stainless pieces were well made and easy to install. There were only two places where the directions were less than clear. First, when attaching the cap, it was unclear what it anchored to, so we had to cut the liner and test fit, then cut a bit more off the liner. The inside piece is not crimped, I suspect because you may have to trim it. We were told that it will fit a 6" stove pipe, which it will, but it is a female fitting and we want our male fittings running toward the stove so we had to buy a union with male fittings on both ends. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Installation: Other than the two items mentioned above, the installation was a breeze. We had the entire kit installed in a few hours start to finish. It is a two-person job if you want to make it easy.
