Everything seems fery high quality and as described. Everything needed to insulate my liner was in the kit. Just got my liner into my chimney the other day, it was a challenge based on the tight fit my existing chimney is, but all went well. No regrets with using fireside! Plan on calling again when. I upgrade the basement fireplace.
