Bill Webster was very helpful and responsive to answering my questions and processing my order quickly. Order placement to receipt of product was just 2 days. They do; however, need to work on their adherence to requested specifications. The first chase cover I received had the hole in the wrong place, the skirt was longer than requested and a drip edge provided that I did not request. After providing a picture to Bill with measurements, a replacement was quickly ordered and again received in 2 days. The replacement fir perfectly; however, the skirt length was still a little longer than specified. Fortunately, I was able to work around that.


Overall good customer service with a good value quality product, if they can just follow the measurement specifications;. although a replacement unit was processed quickly with apologies from Bill.
