The chase cover had to be customized for the chimney. It arrived promptly at my home in Indiana. This cover was to be used on the chimney of my other home in northern Missouri. I took the chase cover and Vacu-Stack with me for installation in Missouri.
After cleaning the chimney, I installed the chase cover. Perfect fit! However, when I inserted the Vacu-Stack into the collar on the chase cover, it was way too large. An inch too large!
I phoned Bill Webster and told of the issue. He said he would remedy. And remedy he did! He had another chase cover built and shipped to Missouri - in two days!!!!
Now that is what I call taking care of customers. Fit was perfect. Air Force One could not have delivered the cover any faster!
