This is my second purchase in a month or so. It is my second because the first experience was so good. This 1-hole chase cover is also an excellent product. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Before production Bill called me to make sure what I asked for was what I needed. I realized I had made a mistake in the original specifications, and his call prevented me from receiving a product that was not what I needed. I have given contact info for Fireside to my contractor at his request because he was impressed with quality and fast response also.
