I hope was unsure of what we needed and nervous about ordering an expensive part on line. The phone lines were open and went both ways. Photos helped with the severe language limitations I felt. The extra help with the plan and execution were essential to me. We installed the chimney cap ourselves with little hassle and uncertainty. It appear to be a quality install. This was a rough winter and ther wer few contractors available. When in one phone call the guy actually talked me out of buying extra parts , I realized that I could be confident in the purchase. Nice added bonus. I knew how to install the part and had some confidence in the outcome by the time the part arrived. Nice job
