Product Review (submitted on January 12, 2016):

Have placed 2 orders from Fireside now. Switched to them after some careless advice from their competition cause me * A LOT* of grief, and a liner than was stuck in my chimney a few days until I figured how to get it out. My tip to customers is to always get a pulling cone. They are a great help if there is a little mortar, or an uneven edge in the flue you are lining. Unfortunately, on my last order the pulling cone was sloppily made and about 5/8" oversize. Got a refund on it easily. My second tip is to put an eye bolt in the bottom fitting of your liner so you can attach a 3/16" steel cable to it and have that inside the liner as you lower it. (Clamp the top of the cable or tape it to the outside of the liner at the top end.) Any problems, and you can pull liner back out without having to fight the springiness of the whole flue liner. After, you can pull the cable out through the tee fitting.
