Was easy to install. I didn't need the insulated liner, because my existing chimney had a liner already. Not much else to say!

Fireside offered weekend support via email so I could figure out what to order to properly fit my needs, when I was actually home and not focused on work.Everything seems fery high quality and as described. Everything needed to insulate my liner was in the kit. Just got my liner into my chimney the other day, it was a challenge based on the tight fit my existing chimney is, but all went well. No regrets with using fireside! Plan on calling again when. I upgrade the basement fireplace.
