Awesome product, we used to replace an old flue flap that didn’t keep our heat in very well. Easy to install. Tips: make sure your chimney shape and fireplace below are the right layout to install. The height of my chimney hole was a bit too short to install the way it is intended, but with some extra silicon and mortar paste it worked for us. I also struggled to install the bracket because the mortar between stones crumbled when I tried drilling then hammering it in, we were able to install it to some iron framing and it works great but again, not how it was intended to be installed. Even with the hang ups the product works great and we were able to adapt.
