We installed a wood stove into our old farmhouse. After a couple of weeks of trial, multiple visits from our HVAC guy and quite some time on the phone we learned that our existing 8 inch chimney liner was not compatible with the wood stove. We purchased the 6 inch liner kit to insert inside the 8 inch liner. It did take some muscle to maneuver the liner in, however it was worth the work. The gentleman with this company was super helpful to deal with and we are very satisfied with their product. And more importantly, our house is warm!

Received my order in 2 days, they accidentally sent the wrong cap. Called them and they had the right one on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. Very impressed with service and quality.

Great

First, the service. Questions were answered, calls were returned quickly and the package arrived in just two days.

Next, the product. The stainless pieces were well made and easy to install. There were only two places where the directions were less than clear. First, when attaching the cap, it was unclear what it anchored to, so we had to cut the liner and test fit, then cut a bit more off the liner. The inside piece is not crimped, I suspect because you may have to trim it. We were told that it will fit a 6" stove pipe, which it will, but it is a female fitting and we want our male fittings running toward the stove so we had to buy a union with male fittings on both ends. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Installation: Other than the two items mentioned above, the installation was a breeze. We had the entire kit installed in a few hours start to finish. It is a two-person job if you want to make it easy.

I searched other websites and checked stores. This package had everything (except sealing preferences) and the price was the best I could find.

Installation was simple . Shipment arrived within 5 days. GREAT!

Excellent item...unfortunately I ordered 4” flex pipe but received a 3” chimney cap. Also, ordered a chimney cone puller which I never received. Unfortunate indeed...I’ll be interested to see how my custom order turns out
