Hello Bill, hope you are well. Finally after almost 10 months that I got my chimney cap ,I got a good chimney company to come and install it today. They did some repair on the crown and added a piece of a flue to my boiler flue, because it was short. I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with my new cap. It really looks great and gives a beautiful look to my natural stone chimney.

My second order and I couldn't be happier! I gotta thank Bill W. He was awesome in the communication and in helping me get my liner order squared away. Due to my circumstances (285 year old house/chimney) I had to order a large liner size for my fireplace and he made sure I had the proper products to make it all work out so it could be delivered to my home. It was shipped quick and delivery was great! The products themselves are quality and the pricing, I believe, was great. Not disappointed. I'll update once it's all in place and "up and running" but I'm not expecting any problems.

My situation started with a 16 y/o chimney leaking on New Years Eve during a heavy rain rainstorm and 35 degrees. I covered the chimney with a tarp and started shopping my options - found these guys and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a custom chimney chase cover, stainless steel. I called in a couple of times while I was ordering online, was greeted with friendly, and straightforward answers/advice. I ordered on a monday around noon, my order arrived here in Arkansas on the following saturday. The cover fit perfectly, my problems no longer exist. Very high quality craftsmanship and product. Would highly recommend to anyone. It's not cheap, but very well worth it - in this case you get what you pay for.
